Our meals are FRESH, HEALTHY and HOMEMADE, prepared with vegetables picked from our own organic garden. The menus are ‘designed’ according to what is ready to harvest. The local market offers a variety of seasonal fresh meats and fish.
Wendy’s work, previously as a Yacht Chef offered extensive travel and the opportunity to get to know a rich variety of International Cuisines. ‘Mediterranean flavours’ are the main influence, but like most of us, we cannot resist a wood oven baked Pizza or a good BBQ; these always provide lively conversation, a social occasion.
A variety of excellent Chilean wines are available.
