After a 2 1/2 hour, sometimes quite a difficult drive, you reach one of the largest and very little known natural paradises in southern Chile. Imagine tall Araucaria trees on 14.000 acres, a fairy-tale forest, flora and fauna in unique abundance. Half way through, we have picnic on Eagle's Cliff, where your view includes 10 Andean volcanoes on the east and the Pacific coast range on the west. There is a three-hour hike up to 1500 meters. On the way back we recommend a coffee stop at "Plaza de Armas" in Angol.
